Travers Smith LLP is delighted to announce that London Wildlife Trust, a charity dedicated to protecting London's wildlife and wild spaces, will be the firm's major charity partner for 2025 – 2027.
London Wildlife Trust manages 36 free-to-visit nature reserves across the capital. The charity is firmly embedded in London's local communities, where it not only looks after wild places but also increases people's understanding of, and connection to the natural world.
Over the two years of our partnership, Travers Smith will provide financial, volunteering and fundraising support that will help make a meaningful impact on London Wildlife Trust and the spaces they manage.
Travers Smith's CSR & Diversity Director Chris Edwards said: "I know I speak on behalf of the whole firm when I say I am thrilled to announce London Wildlife Trust as our new major charity partner. Their vital work in safeguarding London's wildlife and natural habitats truly resonates with our firm's ongoing commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. I am excited to collaborate with the team at London Wildlife Trust and champion their important efforts during our partnership."
Katie Bowyer, Director of Development at London Wildlife Trust added: "We are delighted to be chosen as Travers Smith's major charity for 2025 – 2027. At a time when nature's recovery has never been more urgent, this partnership will help us restore London's wild spaces, support wildlife to thrive, and create more opportunities for people across the capital to connect with nature. We are looking forward to working with employees across the firm to raise awareness of our work, engage employees in team building days in conservation stewardship on our nature reserves and supporting them in their fundraising activities."
The firm's partnership with London Wildlife Trust complements our wider CSR related programme with regards to supporting our local communities, providing our skills and resource to those who need it, and reducing environmental impact.
