Arnold & Porter was among the firms recognized with the “Private Equity Deal of the Year” honor at the 2025 IFLR Americas Awards for its role in advising CVC Capital Partners on its $925 million acquisition of the Therakos business from pharmaceuticals company Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals plc.
