Lowenstein Sandler represented Mattress Warehouse in its acquisition of 176 new stores, marking a significant milestone in surpassing 500 store locations and making the company the largest independently owned mattress retailer in the U.S. The new stores include 73 former Mattress Firm stores, 103 Sleep Outfitters stores, seven distribution centers, and corporate offices in Lexington, Kentucky.

The expansion strengthens Mattress Warehouse's national presence and furthers the company's mission to improve lives via quality sleep. The store acquisitions also properly prepare the company for increased mattress demand over the Memorial Day holiday.

The Lowenstein team included Michael A. Brosse, Kimberly E. Lomot, Nicholas G. Mehler, Megan Monson, Michael Walutes, Manali Joglekar, Stacey C. Tyler, Mitchell McDonald, Angela Raleigh, Erich J. Kaletka, Jessica I. Kriegsfeld, and Nicola E. Perzichilli.
