Alizeh maintains a labour and employment practice from MLT Aikins’s Vancouver office. She has experience representing and advising unionized and non-unionized employers on a variety of issues, including labour disputes, wrongful dismissal claims, workplace policies, employment contracts and agreements, terminations and layoff strategies, and defending employers facing litigation. Having obtained an MBA, Alizeh understands the issues and challenges faced by businesses large and small and brings that understanding when providing her clients with practical solutions to all areas of labour and employment law.
