We are pleased to announce that Matt Ridley, Partner, has been appointed President of the British Group of UNION-IP.
UNION-IP is an independent association of European IP practitioners, working on current developments in IP in Europe, as well as promoting professional and personal understanding between European IP practitioners. It has numerous local “groups” in countries across Europe, including in the UK.
Matt has been a member of the thriving British Group of UNION-IP since 2017 and served as Secretary of the Group for eighteen months before his recent appointment as President. The British Group hosts consistently well-attended industry events, featuring prominent speakers from across the IP profession, three to four times a year. As President, Matt holds overall responsibility for organising these occasions and introducing speakers at those events.
