Jenner & Block is pleased to announce that Jenna Bressel has returned to the firm as Special Counsel in the Chicago office. Jenna brings significant experience in employee benefits and executive compensation law.

Jenna advises public and private employers on a wide range of benefits and compensation matters, including healthcare reform and the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans and programs. She has extensive experience in equity and incentive compensation arrangements and Section 409A compliance.
Her experience includes guiding clients through the benefit claims and appeals process for welfare and retirement benefits. Additionally, she handles the employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions, advising on issues such as the assumption and integration of employee benefit plans, including multiemployer and defined benefit pension plan obligations.
