Infraneo a France-based specialist in infrastructure asset integrity and a portfolio company of Seven2, has acquired Nebest, a Dutch engineering company specializing in asset integrity for aging infrastructure, buildings, industry, energy, and water infrastructure.
Nebest, based in Vianen with over 250 employees, offers multidisciplinary services, including inspection, material technology, consultancy, and engineering. This acquisition supports Infraneo's strategy to expand its expertise in infrastructure asset management across Europe.
