GlobalCapital named Cadwalader its 2024 "CLO Law Firm of the Year" at its European Securitization Awards ceremony last night in London.
The annual awards recognize the market's leading deals and institutions. According to GlobalCapital, the "awards are unique, in that the winners are decided through an industry vote. This means that the ... awards reflect those who are considered to be the very best by their peers, clients and counterparts."
Cadwalader was also shortlisted as an "Esoteric Law Firm of the Year" for the array of ABS work the team achieved over the past year.
