Cadwalader has again earned top scores across multiple legal services categories in the Creditflux CLO Census 2023, which asks CLO market participants for their input on the best CLO arrangers, investors, law firms, rating agencies and other service providers.
The firm ranked first at advocating on behalf of the European CLO industry. It also ranked first at best service to European U.S. CLO arrangers and landed among the Top 5 law firms providing the best service to U.S. and European CLO arrangers and managers, respectively, and those that have best advocated on behalf of the U.S. CLO industry.
Now in its seventh edition, the 2023 Creditflux Census generated input from 539 market participants.
