RDJ advised Powerpoint Engineering Limited, a market leading
provider of electrical test, monitoring and safety equipment, and
specialist services and training across Europe, on its acquisition
by Indutrade AB.
Founded in 1996, Powerpoint customers include data
centres, generating stations, utility companies, high and
medium-voltage specialist contractors, advanced manufacturing
plants, wind farms, pharmaceutical companies, and facility
management companies. Indutrade is an international technology and
industrial business group that consists of approximately 200
companies in some 30 countries.
The RDJ transaction team was led by Bryan
