Schoenherr advised Beta Systems Software AG, a Frankfurt Stock Exchange listed software company based in Germany, on the 100% acquisition of InfiniteData sp. z o.o., a Polish software company, from its founders. It was the second Polish acquisition in which Schoenherr advised Beta Systems.

The firm provided comprehensive legal support to Beta Systems Software AG in this transformative acquisition, including due diligence, document preparation, negotiation and assistance in finalising the transaction.

Beta Systems Software AG, headquartered in Berlin, develops and sells software products offering comprehensive B2B IT solutions. This includes among others the automation of business processes in large companies, IT service providers, public institutions and medium-sized enterprises. With this transaction, the company enhances its portfolio with a tried-and-tested solution, solidifying its leadership in process automation.

Headquartered in Warsaw, InfiniteData is a software company that has been operating since 2010. It is the provider of the globally recognised Enterprise Automation and Orchestration platform AutomateNOW!.

The Schoenherr team advising on this transaction was led by Paweł Halwa (partner) and Krzysztof Wawrzyniak (counsel) and included Daria Rutecka (attorney at law), Agnieszka Stawiarska (attorney at law), Weronika Kapica (attorney at law), Aleksandra Goławska (associate) and Piotr Podsiedlik (junior associate).
