Our Partners, Lukman Sheriff Alias and Teh Hooi Woon played an essential role in a significant transaction that saw the signing of memorandums of understanding (MOUs) between Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated) with the leading aviation industry players to develop an aviation hub known as the Selangor Aero Park (SAP) on Sime Darby Plantation's Berhad land located in the Sepang Estate.
This SAP project is a major initiative of Selangor's state government that has a long term objective to create a one-stop center for aerospace in the ASEAN region. The future center will provide infrastructure, facilities, and services for aerospace and aviation-related businesses.
Our team provided invaluable legal counsel and expertise throughout this SAP project to ensure that the aerospace industrial park will be made possible through collaborations between the state government, property developers as well as key aerospace and aviation agencies and industry players.
The signing of these MOUs marks a significant milestone in the
Selangor Aero Park project, demonstrating the dedication of all
parties involved to bring this visionary aviation hub to life. Our
