NEW YORK (June 21, 2023) – Holland & Knight represented VSS Capital Partners (VSS) in a growth capital investment in Olympus Cosmetic Group (Olympus), a newly formed platform providing comprehensive support for cosmetic practices offering cosmetic surgery, dermatological treatments and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. The transaction was announced on June 13.
Based in New York, VSS is a leading private investment firm that invests in healthcare, business services and education companies. VSS has managed $4 billion in committed capital across eight funds and has completed 96 platform investments and more than 400 add-on acquisitions.
Olympus, which is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, is structured as a Management Services Organization and led by an experienced and board-certified physician team. The company has an initial footprint that includes Florida, Oklahoma and Alabama.
