John Callaghan, a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office, has been appointed a judge of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto. His appointment takes effect immediately.
An accomplished lawyer, teacher, mentor and writer, John has had a distinguished 35-year career. His experience includes three terms as a Law Society of Ontario Bencher (from 2011 to 2019, and his re-election in 2023), as well as 25 years as a member of Ontario's Civil Rules Committee.
