We are delighted to share the news that John de Waal KC has joined The Property Mediators as part of their expert panel of mediators. Alongside his work as a mediator, John is a highly-regarded property barrister at Gatehouse Chambers and continues to practise in chancery and commercial work with a particular focus on property law and property-related professional negligence.

John has previously won 'Real Estate Silk of the Year' at the Legal 500 Awards, and he is described as "an excellent specialist to call upon for complicated high stakes matter that require the attention and skill of a KC".

John is also the editor of the title 'Risk and Negligence in Property Transactions' published by the Law Society.

The Property Mediators is now seven strong following John's appointment, and the organisation is equipped to cover a wide-range of property disputes throughout the UK.
