The MFSA has issued a Feedback Statement to the MFSA Consultation Document on Investment-based Crowdfunding.

On 3rd November 2016, the MFSA issued a Discussion Paper on investment-based crowdfunding. The deadline for the submission of comments was 15th March 2017 and the Authority received nine responses. A summary of the main comments received and the Authority's position in relation thereto, is provided in Section 2. The Authority took cognisance of the wide array of issues which were raised in response to this consultation exercise. The Authority's position has been determined after a careful and thorough consideration of the feedback received.
