As part of its continuous efforts to enhance its position of a leading financial services regulator, the Malta Financial Services Authority will be embarking on a business process re-engineering project. In this context, the Authority has issued an Expression of Interest (EOI) to appoint an organisation as its consultant for the provision of business process re-engineering services.
Through this EOI, the MFSA is seeking the expertise of a professional organisation/management consultancy firm to conduct a thorough business process re-engineering (BPR) across all activities and processes employed by the Authority for the authorisation and supervision functions of all regulated entities together with the enforcement and resolution processes.
This BPR exercise will involve the radical redesign and modernisation of the core business processes with the purpose of achieving improvements in productivity; efficiency and effectiveness at all levels across the organisation.
The EOI proposal must be submitted by not later than close of business on Monday 18 January 2016. Further information is available on www.mfsa.com.mt/eoi
