In addition to non-European sovereign, sub-sovereign, and agency (SSA) issuers and corporate issuers with shares already listed on the Euro MTF market, this FastLane process is now open to the same non-European issuers if their shares are listed on one of the seven equivalent non-EU markets listed above.
The FastLane process offers numerous advantages, including:
- Accelerated admission process,
- Exemption from prospectus preparation and approval,
- Streamlined access to the large EU institutional investor base, and
- Access to the Luxembourg Green Exchange.
