The Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) has recently expanded its FastLane listing procedure to include non-EU regulated markets.

As of now, issuers listed on seven major markets outside the EU, including:

can now benefit from the FastLane process.

In addition to non-European sovereign, sub-sovereign, and agency (SSA) issuers and corporate issuers with shares already listed on the Euro MTF market, this FastLane process is now open to the same non-European issuers if their shares are listed on one of the seven equivalent non-EU markets listed above.

The FastLane process offers numerous advantages, including:

  • Accelerated admission process,
  • Exemption from prospectus preparation and approval,
  • Streamlined access to the large EU institutional investor base, and
  • Access to the Luxembourg Green Exchange.
