participation and pitches in tenders between 2012 and 2015 for the
distribution of Volvo construction machinery. By doing so, they
participated in market sharing and customer sharing agreements.
Both parties applied for leniency and at the same time used a
settlement procedure. Josef Červenka – HYDRAULIKSERVIS
received full immunity; the fine for Ascendum was reduced by
approximately 50% from the original CZK 14,056,000 to the final CZK
6,747,000.
