The Intellectual Property Strategy Headquarters Held The "6th Session Of The Intellectual Property Rights Study Group In The Age Of AI" And Presented The Interim Summary (Draft)

１　はじめに

　内閣府知的財産戦略本部が設置する「AI時代の知的財産権検討会」（以下「本検討会」という。）は、2024年3月21日に第6回が開催された。

　本検討会は、2023年10月4日に第1回、同年10月18日に第2回、同年11月7日に第3回、同年12月11日に第4回、2024年1月26日に第5回が開催されてきており、第6回では、これまでに議論・検討されてきた、著作権を含む知的財産権全体と生成AIとの関係に関する中間とりまとめ骨子（案） ^[1]（以下「本とりまとめ骨子」という。）が示された。

　本稿では、これまでの議論で示されていなかった論点や考え方を中心に、本とりまとめ骨子の概要を紹介する。
