I had the pleasure and the privilege of attending the London Chamber of Commerce's 2018 Business Achievement Awards, on Wednesday, March 21, 2018. This annual event has certainly earned its reputation as London's most prestigious business event of the year and the 2018 Business Achievement Awards dinner did not disappoint. Lerners LLP is a proud sponsor of this event and has been a supporter of the Business Achievement Awards since 2010. This year was my first opportunity to attend the Awards Gala and I am happy to say that I am looking forward to 2019 already.
The London Convention Centre and its staff did an incredible job hosting, seating, and serving about 1,200 of the best and brightest in the London community and the reception and post-Gala party offered a great opportunity to reconnect with old friends and meet a few new ones. A special shout-out to a culinary genius who designed the Combuture Cocktail made with Kombucha from London's own BOOCH.
Lerners was pleased to host Pam Haasen, Program Director at Radio Western; as well as Leith Coghlin, Founder and Managing Director of En-Pointe Development Incorporated.
It was wonderful to see Partner David Lyons sitting along the head table and presenting the Environmental Leadership Award to 3M Canada, an organization which is continuing to push the limits on Environmental Sustainability and responsible corporate operations and governance.
