Responsibilities
As part of our dynamic team, you'll primarily manage complex corporate and commercial matters, crafting innovative solutions that align with our clients' goals. Your portfolio will include:
" Business/Asset & Share Sales and Acquisitions
" Joint Venture Agreements
" Unitholder and Shareholder Agreements
" Intellectual Property
" Commercial Property Transactions & Leasing
" Contractual Agreements and Terms of Trade
