Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Providing strategic advice to clients on all aspects of family law, with a particular focus on complex asset protection and distribution issues. Drafting legal documents, including pre-nuptial agreements, divorce settlements, custody agreements, and other related legal documents. Leading negotiations and mediations, and appearing before Family Court on behalf of clients.Collaborating with our team to develop innovative strategies to protect our clients' assets and ensure fair distribution. Managing client relationships and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in law (JD or LLB) and admission to practice law in Australia. At least 7-10 years of experience in family law, with demonstrated expertise in asset protection and distribution. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to handle complex, high-stakes cases with sensitivity and discretion. A strong ethical compass and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of the legal profession. Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
