During a meeting on 26 April 2023, the Committee on State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning approved the members of the Working Group on the Development of the Urban Planning Code. Tymur Enkhbayar, Senior Associate of Sayenko Kharenko, has been invited to participate in the development process.

The Urban Development Code of Ukraine is being developed to improve the level of construction culture in Ukraine.

Tymur is part of a group tasked with various important responsibilities. One of these tasks is to create a unified codification act that balances the interests of urban development entities. Additionally, they're working on developing urban planning strategies to promote safe, functional, and environmentally friendly cities and towns throughout Ukraine.

According to the plan approved by the committee, the working group's activities are scheduled for two years. Three essential stages will be involved in the process: developing the concept of the Urban Development Code, drafting the bill's text, and passing it through the parliament.
