The Delhi High Court dismissed a contempt petition filed by Dr.
RK Pachauri alleging violation of a John Doe injunction order
passed by the High Court restraining media houses from publishing
any stories pertaining to sexual harassment allegations made
against Dr. Pachauri.
The Court noted that the article published by NDTV was not
violative of the injunction order. As such, so far as Dr. Prannoy
Roy is concerned the contempt petition was dismissed.
