Link Legal is pleased to announce that Rajeev Mishrahas joined as a Partner in the Firm's Dispute Resolution practice in Delhi.
Rajeev is a graduate from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University.
With more than 18 years of experience, Rajeev specializes in Criminal Defense, White Collar Crime, Corporate Fraud Investigation, Tax Fraud, Cyber Crime, Anti-Bribery, and Anti-Corruption Compliance (FCPA/ UKBA/ PCA), Fraud Risk Management advice, FEMA, and antecedent Litigation & Arbitration advice. He also assists resolution professionals on IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code) matters.
Prior to joining Link Legal, Rajeev has worked across various law firms and corporates such as India Juris, MAZARS India, Panalpina World Transport, Boxco Logistics, Phoenix International Freight Services and DB Schenker.
Rajeev's addition will further strengthen the Firm's compliance and investigation practice.
