POTOMAC, MD. June 6, 2022– RELX, Inc., the parent company of LexisNexis recently announced its acquisition of Parley Pro, Inc., a secure cloud-based platform for modern contract negotiation and management.
Shulman Rogers was pleased to represent Parley Pro in connection with the sale of the company. The deal team consisted of Anthony Millin, Felix Kushnir, Bob Canter, Brittani Gordon and Brendan Murphy.
