SSEK Indonesian Legal Consultants is pleased to announce Winnie Yamashita Rolindrawan as the firm's newest partner, effective January 1, 2020.
Winnie is involved in a wide range of projects at SSEK, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financial technology, payment systems, data privacy, e-commerce, general corporate law and foreign capital investment.
Winnie joined SSEK in 2007. She received a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Science from the Faculty of Social and Political Science at the same university. Winnie earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law.
