Kirkland & Ellis represented Resonetics, which announced today that it has acquired Tru Tech Systems, Inc., a leading supplier of precision grinding services for the medical device market and CNC grinding equipment for the machine tool industry. Resonetics is owned by Regatta Medical, a portfolio company of GTCR. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
