The new interest barrier rules foreseen by the Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive (ATAD) will have to be implemented by Luxembourg by the end of this year at the latest and will become applicable as from 1 January 2019.

Our tax partners Alain Goebel and Jan Neugebauer will be pleased to lead you through the technicalities of these new rules, focusing on the practical issues and possible solutions for Luxembourg investment structures. The webinar will focus on practical examples and includes questions from the participants.
