Leading business law firm Mason Hayes & Curran has announced the appointment of Robert Dickson as a Partner in the firm's Corporate team.
Robert works with a broad range of Irish and international clients in the financial services, energy, healthcare, telecommunications, food and beverages, professional services, aviation, entertainment and life sciences sectors. His extensive international expertise includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate investments, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements, reorganisations, partnerships and venture capital.

Prior to joining the firm Robert trained, qualified and practised at a large international law firm in London and joined Mason Hayes & Curran from the Corporate team of another major Irish law firm.
