Australia's leading independent law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, has advised Warburg Pincus on its proposed acquisition of Commercial Credit Holdings Limited, the holding company of CreditorWatch, by way of a scheme of arrangement.

Warburg Pincus is a leading global private equity firm with more than US$105 billion in assets under management. CreditorWatch is a leading Australian commercial credit reporting and risk analytics platform, serving more than 10,000 customers and employing over 230 people.

The transaction was led by head of corporate Sandy Mak and corporate partner Adam Foreman, supported by special counsel Mary Brady and senior associate Steph Craw, and a team of experts across the firm's intellectual property, regulatory, employment, labour and safety, real estate, banking and finance, tax and litigation practices.
