Alex Cullinan has joined ENS as an Executive in our Banking and Finance Practice.
Alex is a dual-qualified banking and finance lawyer, admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She brings more than 15 years of experience advising lenders, corporates and funds on complex cross-border financing transactions across Africa and Europe. Her practice focuses on acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate and infrastructure finance, fund finance, debt restructuring and sustainability-linked lending.
A graduate of the University of Cape Town, where she obtained her LLB and LLM degrees, Alex has been recognised as a "Highly Regarded" lawyer by IFLR1000 and a "Key Lawyer" by Legal 500. She is fluent in English, French, Dutch and Afrikaans, further strengthening our ability to support clients operating across multiple jurisdictions.
