Drawing on deep industry expertise and an extensive network of operating and industrial resources, CPE takes a long-term, value-oriented approach to investing in leading companies across a diverse range of themes and sectors, including the full AI value chain, advanced manufacturing, consumer, healthcare and infrastructure. Mammut is a leading Swiss premium outdoor brand with more than 160 years of heritage; its headquarters as well as its core design and innovation functions will remain in Seon/Lenzburg. Completion is subject to usual regulatory approvals.
