Collas Crill has advised on the sale of Chateau des Tielles to Patience Healthcare (Guernsey) Limited.
Chateau des Tielles is a small nursing and residential care home located in the parish of Torteval, Guernsey.
The transaction was led by Senior Partner Jason Green and involved negotiating and completing the sale of the shares in the trading company, which also owns the care home's property.
The successful completion of the sale enables the three existing shareholders and directors, who have been involved in the business since the property was first designated as a care home, to retire from the industry.
