Nashville, Tenn., (April 29, 2026) – Bass, Berry & Sims continues the growth of its award-winning Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group with the addition Erin Palmer Polly as member in its Nashville office.

Polly focuses her practice in the areas of business and commercial disputes, class action matters, provider-payor disputes, and other high-stakes litigation. She has tried cases in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitration panels, and has developed significant experience conducting internal investigations.

Erin Palmer Polly Leadership in the Profession and Community
Polly is active in the legal and civic community. She serves on the board of directors for the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands and for Maryville College. Polly is a past president of the Nashville Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Division, past president of the Nashville Bar Foundation, and past chair of the Tennessee Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection.
She is recognized by Chambers USA (Litigation: General Commercial), Benchmark Litigation (Future Star), The Best Lawyers in America (Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation: Defendants), Lawdragon (500 Leading Litigators in America), and The Legal 500 United States (General Commercial Disputes).
