Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Dante Lizza was recognized by the Memphis Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree in 2026. This annual list of young professionals salutes the individuals who have made significant contributions to the Memphis-area community in the business, professional, and civic arenas. All the 40 Under 40 honorees will be profiled and celebrated at an event scheduled for Thursday, April 30.
Dante provides healthcare regulatory and transactional counsel as it relates to mergers and acquisitions, compliance and operational matters with an emphasis on specialty pharmacy and infusion providers. In both regulatory and transactional settings, he counsels clients in connection with federal and state healthcare fraud and abuse analyses, contract review and negotiation, and general operational and compliance matters.
