Toronto, Canada – Fasken is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Denyes as Firm Chair and Clarke Barnes as Firm Managing Partner, strengthening the Firm's leadership bench at a time of strategic growth and sustained market leadership.
Martin Denyes transitions into the role of Firm Chair after serving in Firm Management since 2011, most recently as Firm Managing Partner. In this position, he will focus on senior-level client engagement, strategic business development, and reinforcing Fasken's market presence in key sectors.

To support the leadership transition, Clarke Barnes, currently Managing Partner for Alberta, assumes the role of Firm Managing Partner. Clarke will work closely with the Board to ensure operational continuity while furthering the execution of Fasken's strategic plan.
