The Walter Baden team, led by Steven Humphries and Kien Ng, ran legal due diligence, deal negotiation and execution, working alongside Mitchells Group's own highly skilled in-house team, UK corporate adviser, Interpath Advisory, and AU financial and tax advisers, Pitcher Partners.
