We are pleased to announce that Oishika Dasgupta, Akshat Kulshrestha, Meher Mehta and Kinnari Sanghvi have been designated as retained partners at S&R Associates.
Oishika Dasgupta’s practice focuses on equity and debt
capital markets, regulatory and general corporate matters. She
advises issuers, investment banks and selling shareholders on a
range of capital markets transactions. She received a B.Sc., LL.B.
(Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University in 2014. Oishika is
based in the Firm’s Mumbai office.
Akshat Kulshrestha’s competition law practice includes
merger control in M&A transactions and investigations relating
to anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominance. Akshat
received a B.S.L., LL.B. (Hons.) from Navalmal Firodia Law College,
Pune in 2010 and a diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s
College London in 2018. Akshat is based in the Firm’s New
Delhi office.
Meher Mehta’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions,
joint ventures, regulatory and general corporate matters, with
significant experience in the infrastructure sector, including
airports, renewable energy and telecommunications. She received a
B.A. (Hons.) from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi
in 2011 and an LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi in
2014. Meher is based in the Firm’s New Delhi office.
Kinnari Sanghvi’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions,
private equity, banking and finance and general corporate matters.
She received a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune
in 2009 and an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and
Political Science in 2012. Kinnari is based in the Firm’s New
Delhi office.
We are also pleased to announce that Shiv Bhargava and Apurv
Sharma have been designated as counsel at the Firm.
Shiv Bhargava’s practice covers equity and debt capital
markets, corporate governance and regulatory matters. He received a
B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2015. His
prior experience includes working with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in
New Delhi. Shiv is based in the Firm’s New Delhi
office.
Apurv Sharma’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions,
private equity, insolvency and restructuring and general corporate
matters. He received a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the NALSAR
University of Law, Hyderabad in 2015. His prior experience includes
working with Trilegal in New Delhi. Apurv is based in the
Firm’s Mumbai office.
