Collas Crill has restructured its legal services into four global practices to provide clients with even greater access to the breadth and depth of its expertise across the world.
This has led to a number of new leadership roles within the firm:
- Michael Adkins becomes global head of the Financial Services and Regulatory practice, which is led jurisdictionally by Wayne Atkinson (Channel Islands) and Ellie Crespi (Caribbean)
- Stephen Leontsinis becomes global head of the Insolvency and Corporate Disputes practice, which is led jurisdictionally by Rocco Cecere (Cayman), Gareth Bell (Guernsey) and Simon Hurry (Jersey)
- Christian Hay becomes global head of the Private Client and Trusts practice, which is led in Jersey by Damian James
- Jason Green becomes global head of the Real Estate practice, which is led jurisdictionally by Gina Berry (Cayman), Paul Nettleship (Guernsey) and Martin Le Boutillier (Jersey)
Pamela Doherty, Stephen Leontsinis and Ellie Crespi remain as Local Managing Partners of Jersey, Cayman and the BVI respectively. Gareth Bell has been appointed Guernsey Managing Partner, effective 1 January 2024.
