Regulation,' is designed to offer insights into the
regulatory and compliance frameworks, covering aspects of the
AIFMD, MiFID, and UCITS directives.
The course delves into the ideal compliance setup for a fund or
management company, including fundamental legal structures, and the
responsibilities of a board of directors, investment committee,
MLRO, and compliance officer.
