Joanna heads the finance and banking litigation department and wages war against wrongdoers that perpetrate financial frauds focused on investment fraud including the notoriously difficult to pursue Crypto frauds. The finance and banking litigation department closely monitor the rising types of investment frauds in order to develop strategies to counter the wrongdoers.
Joanna and her team are responsible for persuading the court of England & Wales in the case of D'Aloia v Persons Unknown & Others to serve legal papers as a non-fungible token (NFT) through the blockchain thereby ensuring that the previously anonymous fraudsters could not escape the consequences of their wrongdoing.
