The Malta Financial Services Authority yesterday published the
'Consultation paper on the Virtual Financial Assets Rules for
Issuers of Virtual Financial Assets'. These Rules will
eventually be incorporated as Chapter 2 of the Virtual Financial
Assets Rulebook.
Interested parties are encouraged to provide their feedback to
the Malta Financial Services Authority by no later than the 13th of
August 2018. The Consultation paper can be found here.
