On this occasion Gabriele Giambrone took the lead advocate role in
this convoluted high-value commercial dispute involving alleged
breaches of warranties and tax indemnities related to a SPA and the
sale of a Maltese gaming company.
This fiercely contested clash between our clients and a Dutch
investment fund, represented by Wiggins LLP, the claim was valued
at approximately £98 million with a counterclaim of
approximately £35 million.
