Die Autoren besprechen im Rahmen des IFA-Kongresses 2019 in
London den BEPS Aktionspunkt 4 (Zinsabzugsfähigkeit) und
dessen Umsetzung in der Schweiz. Regelungen zu
Zinsabzugsbeschränkungen, wie sie im BEPS Aktionspunkt 4 oder
in der ATAD der Europäischen Union enthalten sind, wurden in
der Schweiz nicht ausführlich besprochen. Dennoch kennt die
Schweiz seit über 20 Jahren Regelungen zum verdeckten
Eigenkapital und hat somit einen eigenen Ansatz zur Bekämpfung
der Gewinnverschiebung ausgearbeitet. Derzeit ist nicht damit zu
rechnen, dass der Schweizer Gesetzgeber beabsichtigt die
bestehenden Regelungen zu ersetzen.
