The SEC will hold its annual Government-Business Forum on Small
Business Capital Formation. The Forum will examine how capital
formation options are working for small businesses after the
implementation of the JOBS Act. The Forum will take place at SEC
headquarters in Washington, D.C. on November 17, 2016, at 9:00
a.m., Eastern Standard Time. Those who wish to participate in a
breakout group in person or by teleconference must register online by November 11, 2016.
