The SEC named Bridget Fitzpatrick as Chief Litigation
Counsel.
Ms. Fitzpatrick has served as SEC Co-Acting Chief Litigation
Counsel with David Gottesman since December 2016. Mr. Gottesman
will remain as SEC Deputy Chief Litigation Counsel.
Previously, Ms. Fitzpatrick served as a trial lawyer and
supervisor for the SEC Division of Enforcement.
