Bradley Kaufman, head of Pryor Cashman's Commercial + Retail Leasing
practice, spoke with leaders in the luxury retail leasing
sector about how leasing patterns are changing in Manhattan.
Overall, industry veterans expressed that luxury retailers are
following a new roadmap as the Manhattan landscape continues to
evolve, with high-end stores breaking away from leasing space the
way they did six or seven years ago.
