Q: What would you have been if you were not an attorney?

A: I'm a frustrated architect. One of my favorite parts of being a retail real estate attorney is when I get to go see the finished product, noting the particular design elements of each new store!

Q: Where was your last or is your next vacation?

A: Puerto Rico, before the pandemic my wife and I would usually be there twice a year. For us it's paradise!

Q: What are you currently reading?

A: Lake Success. One of the attorneys I was negotiating a lease with recommended it because of the title, it's where I live!
